The study aimed to identify the level of organizational efficiency of the University of Damascus from the point of view of its faculty members. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method. Four colleges from the faculties of the University of Damascus were selected using a simple random sampling method using a lottery method, namely (Education, Economics, Civil Engineering, and Law). The research sample was drawn from the faculty members in the four colleges using the available cross-sampling method, the number of whom was available. (137) faculty members, and the questionnaire was used to collect data. The study showed a set of results, the most important of which were: that the faculty members at the University of
Damascus believe that the level of organizational efficiency in it with regard to planning, developing processes, organizational structure, and admission policies was of an average level of quality, while the organization was The human resources are at a weak level. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample members regarding the level of organizational efficiency at the University of Damascus according to the variables of years of experience, academic rank, and college.
