Requirements for the application of the Kaizen methodology in kindergarten institutions in the city of Damascus

The study aimed to identify the Kaizen methodology as a developmental concept as one of the modern methods in quality, and to identify the requirements for its application in kindergarten institutions in the city of Damascus from the point of view of the sample as a whole, and whether there are differences between the average estimates of the sample as a whole in determining the requirements for its application in different (years). Experience, educational qualification, kindergarten affiliation). The researcher used the descriptive analytical method based on a questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the original population of the study consisted of all principals and teachers of kindergartens in the city of Damascus, and the study sample was limited to (87) principals and (220) kindergarten teachers who were chosen randomly.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are:
-The arithmetic averages of the study sample's answers to the axes of requirements for applying the Kaizen educational methodology in kindergarten institutions ranged between (3.50 and 3.88), and the axis that ranked first was the axis of financial requirements, followed by human requirements, and in the third rank the administrative requirements, and in the fourth rank Regulatory requirements, and all of these requirements came to a high degree.
- There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the research sample's responses towards the requirements of applying the Kaizen methodology in kindergarten institutions in the city of Damascus, according to the variables of years of service and educational qualification.
-There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the research sample's responses towards the requirements of applying the Kaizen methodology in kindergarten institutions in the city of Damascus, according to the variable of kindergarten dependency.
-There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the research sample's responses towards the requirements of applying the Kaizen methodology in kindergarten institutions in the city of Damascus, according to the variable of the respondent's character.
