Obstacles Facing College of Education Students (Baccalaureate Stage)in Using the University E-book

The study aimed to identify the obstacles facing students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Damascus in their use of the university e-book, and to determine the significance of the differences according to the variables (gender, academic specialization, and years of study). The study followed the descriptive approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and information. The study sample consisted of (504) male and female students, and the results showed the following:
- There are significant obstacles facing students of the Faculty of Education at Damascus University in their use of the university e-book, with a mean (3.66) and standard deviation (1.43).
- There are statistically significant differences among students of the College of Education regarding the obstacles facing the use of the university e-book
according to the gender variable and in favor of females, and there are no differences according to the variables (specialization and year of study).
The study suggested evaluating the experience of using the university e-book to develop it, and setting a clear plan and unified standards for the university e-book.
