The results of the research concluded that the levels of digital stress ranged between (medium and high). Where the arithmetic mean for the total number of phrases was (2.35) with a standard deviation of (0.564), which is a high level. Thus, the level of digital stress is high among the students of the Faculty of Education at Damascus University

The results of the research concluded that the levels of digital stress ranged between (medium and high). Where the arithmetic mean of the digital stress axis was (2.21) with a standard deviation of (0.31), which is an average level. Where the arithmetic mean of the overburden dimension of communication was (2.5) with a standard deviation of (0.57), which is a high level. The arithmetic mean of the multitasking dimension was (2.7), with a standard deviation of (0.41), which is a high level. While the arithmetic mean of the dimension of fear of loss was (2.09) with a standard deviation of (0.21), which is an average level. While the arithmetic mean of the availability stress dimension was (1.87) with a standard deviation of (0.29), which is an average level. While the arithmetic mean of the digital stress effects axis was (2.61), with a standard deviation of (0.51), which is a high level. The researcher suggested the need to educate students about the dangers resulting from excessive use of the Internet and electronic applicationsIn addition to regulating the use of the Internet by setting specific times for students to use mobile phones.
