The empowerment of human resources and its relationship to the level of creative behavior among a sample of workers in the Syrian Trust for Development

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of empowering human resources according to the estimation of the research sample members who work in the Syrian Trust for Development. and their level of creative behaviour. And the relationship between the reality of empowering human resources and the level of creative behavior. The research adopted the descriptive approach, and the researcher used two research tools: (a questionnaire of the reality of empowering human resources, and a questionnaire of creative behavior). The original community consisted of all the workers in the Syrian Trust for Development, who numbered (1647) workers and managers in the Damascus governorate. The sample was drawn at a rate of (21%) from the original community, as the number of the sample reached (346) workers and managers in the Syrian Trust for Development. Among the most important findings of the research: The level of empowerment of human resources from the point of view of the research sample in the Syrian Trust for Development in the total score of the questionnaire was at an average level, as the rank average reached (3.06), the average total score for the items of the questionnaire indicates an average level in Creative behavior from the point of view of the research sample members who work in the Syrian Trust for Development, as the rank average of the response of the research sample was (2.95). There is a statistically significant positive correlation between the responses of the research sample to the questionnaire of the reality of empowering human resources and their answers to the questionnaire of creative behavior, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample on the questionnaire of the reality of empowering human resources and the questionnaire of creative behavior according to the job description variable in favor of managers And according to the educational qualification variable in favor of workers who have an educational qualification (diploma or higher).
