The research aims to identify the role of training in developing the competencies of kindergarten teachers (personal and educational) from their point of view. The researcher followed the descriptive, analytical, The research sample consisted of (161) female teachers from the third category.
The most important findings of the research:
-The role of training in developing the competencies of kindergarten teachers (personal and educational) from their point of view, with regard to personal competencies, it is an average role, with regard to educational competencies, it is an average role, with regard to the competencies of the teacher as a whole for the questionnaire as a whole, it is an average role.
-There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample on the questionnaire of the role of training in developing the competencies of kindergarten teachers according to the variable number of training courses.
-There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample members on the questionnaire of the role of training in developing the competencies of kindergarten teachers according to the educational qualification variable.
