Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the role of human resource information systems in activating administrative governance at the University of Damascus from the point of view of employees at the University of Damascus. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire as a study tool. There are no statistical differences between the averages of the respondents' answers according to the educational qualification variable. While there are differences between the averages of the respondents’ answers according to the years of service variable in favor of those with 5 years of service, and there are differences between the averages of the respondents’ answers according to the specialization variable and in favor of informatics
