Human resource empowerment strategy and its relationship to achieving Entrepreneurship for the Universities of Al-Baath and Al-Qalamoun from the point of view of academic administrators

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the relationship between the strategy of empowering human resources and the university’s achievement of leadership from the point of view of the academic administrators at the universities of Al-Baath and Qalamoun, and to reveal the statistically significant differences according to a variable: ( the University). The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the research sample included (132) faculty members (head of the academic department / deputy dean / dean) in the universities of Al-Baath and Qalamoun, and a questionnaire was applied to the strategy of empowering human resources, and the questionnaire about the university’s achievement of leadership, and the researcher concluded the following results: There is a correlational relationship Statistically significant between the level of application of the strategy of empowering human resources and the level of the university's achievement of leadership from the point of view of academic administrators at the universities of Al-Baath and Qalamoun. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the responses of the research sample members on the human resources empowerment strategy questionnaire and on the leadership questionnaire that are attributed to the university variable in favor of Al-Qalamoun.
