Abstract

The study aimed to know of the impact of organizational development on performance efficiency of The Principals of the first cycle of general basic education school from viewpoint of the supervisor. the study sample consisted of (21) male and female supervisor of working in education directorate. the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method .the results concluded: There is a positive correlation between Organizational Development and performance efficiency of The Principals of the first cycle of education school, There are statistically significant differences between the average responses of educational supervisor on the degree of practicing Organizational Development according to the scientific qualification in favor to the high researches .There are statistically significant differences between the average responses of educational supervisor on the degree of practicing Organizational Development according to the variable the training courses in favor to of educational supervisor have over 6 training courses. There are no statistically significant differences according to the variable years of management experience for managers.
