Training needs for the skills of employing Adobe Captivate applications from the viewpoint of general secondary education teachers in Damascus Governorate

The aim of the research is to identify the most important training needs for employing Adobe Captivate applications from the point of view of general secondary education teachers in Damascus Governorate. And measuring the differences between the responses of the members of the research sample to aquestionnaire of training needs for the skills of employing Adobe Captive applications according to the variables: (gender, academic qualification, number of years of experience). The research was based on the descriptive analytical approach. The research sample consisted of (261) teachers from general secondary education teachers in Damascus governorate schools. The researcher used aquestionnaire of training needs for the skills of employing Adobe Captiv applications from the viewpoint of general secondary education teachers, which included (194) items, which were prepared by the researcher. General secondary education in the governorate of Damascus in the total score of the questionnaire was high, with an arithmetic mean of (4.10).
There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents of the research sample on the questionnaire of training needs for the skills of employing Adobe Captiv applications from the viewpoint of general secondary education teachers, depending on the two variables: gender and number of years of experience.
The existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents of the research sample on the questionnaire of training needs for the skills of employing Adobe Captiv applications from the viewpoint of general secondary education teachers according to the educational qualification variable in favor of teachers whose academic qualification was (institute).
