Abstract

The research aimed at reveal the degree of application of secondary education teachers to educational multimedia preparation skills in light of the Corona pandemic, and to measure the differences between the scores of teachers ’responses to the questionnaire of educational multimedia preparation skills in light of the Corona pandemic according to variables: (gender, academic specialization, academic qualification). The research was based on the descriptive and analytical method, and the research was applied to a sample of (358) male and female teachers from general secondary education teachers in Damascus governorate. A questionnaire of educational multimedia preparation skills was applied in light of the Corona pandemic, which consisted of (80) items. Among the most important results of the research: The degree of application of secondary education teachers in Damascus governorate to the skills of preparing educational multimedia in light of the Corona pandemic was high, as the arithmetic mean of the response of the respondents of the research sample was (3.51). The absence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents of the research sample on the questionnaire of educational multimedia preparation skills in light of the Corona pandemic according to two variables: (gender, academic specialization). There are differences in the scores of the respondents of the research sample to the questionnaire on the skills of educational multimedia preparation in light of the Corona pandemic according to the scientific qualification variable for the benefit of teachers who hold a scientific qualification (diploma or higher).
