Abstract

: this research aimed at identifying importance degree of entrepreneurial leadership dimensions for university administration  from the point of view of the faculty members in sweida governorate, as a major aim of the research from which emerged the secondary aims:

  • identifying the effect of independent variable of research (scientific qualification, experience, and college type) on the sample individuals responses concerning the identifying importance degree of entrepreneurial leadership dimensions for university administration  from the point of view of the faculty members in sweida governorate.

to achieve these aims the research depended on the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a research tool which was implemented on a (124) members of faculty in sweida governorate.the most important results which the research reached were the existence a high degree of importance of entrepreneurial leadership dimensions for university administration of all field. in addition, the entrepreneurial culture field came first, followed by the field of entrepreneurial thinking and finally the field of entrepreneurial leadership.

in addition, the outcomes also showed that there were no statistically significant differences can be attributed to the variable of (experience, and college type ) on the responses of the faculty members of research sample but there were statistically significant differences can be attributed to the variable of scientific qualification in favor the highest qualification in the first field and the scale as a whole.
