The Reality Of The Executive Plan Of The Ministry Of Education From The perspective of Educational Planning Workers

The study aims to understand the reality of the executive plan of the Ministry of Education from the perspective of educational planning workers. It also aims at identifying the differences regarding years of experience and educational qualification variables.
The descriptive-analytical method was adopted in this study. The instrument of the study was a questionnaire consisting of four dimensions: (Improving educational outcomes (learner) with 15 items, improving teacher performance with 12 items, optimal use of modern technologies with 11 items, curriculum development with 12 items). The sample consisted of 76 male and female educational planning workers, selected through purposive sampling. They were administered a questionnaire regarding the reality of the Ministry of Education's executive plan, following verification of its validity and reliability.
The study indicated to the following results: there is a moderate degree in the reality of the executive plan in all dimensions except for the dimension of optimal use of modern technologies, where the degree of contribution of the executive plan to optimal use of modern technologies was low. Additionally, there was no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the study sample members on the questionnaire according to the experience variable.
Regarding the variable of educational qualification, there was no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the study sample members on the questionnaire in the sub-dimension of optimal use of modern technologies. However, differences were found in the sub-dimensions of improving educational outcomes (learner), improving teacher performance, and curriculum development between individuals with an Institute degree and a Bachelor's degree in favor of the Bachelor's degree, and between members with an Institute degree and a postgraduate degree in favor of the postgraduate degree. Meanwhile, there was no difference between members with a Bachelor's degree and those with a postgraduate degree.
