The extent to which the principles of Marzano’s learning dimensions model are available in the Arabic language curriculum for the seventh grade in the Sultanate of Oman

The research aimed to reveal the availability of the principles of Marzano’s learning dimensions model in the Arabic language curriculum for the seventh grade in the Sultanate of Oman, and to identify the differences in the availability of these principles according to the variable of the book. The research relied on the descriptive method, and the researcher applied the content analysis form to a sample that represented the Arabic language curriculum for the seventh grade in the Sultanate of Oman. The research concluded with the following results: The standards of the fifth dimension of Marzano’s dimensions of learning related to: (productive habits of mind) came in the rank. The first with a total of (233) and a percentage of (34.51%), then the first dimension standards related to: (positive attitudes towards learning) came in second place with a total of (165) and a percentage of (24.44%), followed by the second dimension standards related to: : (Acquiring and integrating knowledge) came in third place with a total of (129) and a percentage of (19.11%), followed by the third dimension standards for: (Deepening and refining knowledge) which came in fourth place with a total of (108) and a percentage of (16%) Finally, the fourth dimension of: (meaningful use of knowledge) ranked fifth with a total of (40) and a percentage of (5.92%). There are statistically significant differences between the degree of availability of principles in the books of the first semester and the book of the second semester in the Arabic language teaching curriculum and in favor of Book of the second chapter.
