Abstract

This research aims to identify the level of addiction to the PUBG game among a sample of secondary school students in schools in Damascus. Their number was (320) male and female students, and the PUBG game addiction scale was used to answer the research questions and hypotheses. A set of results were reached, most notably: There is a high level of addiction to the PUBG game, there are no statistically significant differences between the male and female study sample members on the PUBG game addiction scale, and there are statistically significant differences between the study sample members on the PUBG game addiction scale according to the two variables. Level of academic achievement and birth order. The differences were in favor of adolescents with a low level of academic achievement and the only adolescent.
