Problems Encountered The Training Of Damascus University Employees From The perspective Of The Trainees

The study aims at identifying the problems encountered the training of Damascus University employees from the perspective of the Trainees. It also aims at identifying the difference in the problems of the training among the members of the sample of the study according to thegender and the experience variables .
The descriptive analytical approach was used in this study. The instrument of this study was a questionnaire, it consisted of four dominoes: ( Identifying the training needs, designing the training program, implementing the training programme plan, evaluating the training programme plan). The sample of this study was (44) male and female workers at Damascus University who received administrative training. This sample was chosen intentionally. Then, the questionnaire was applied after verifying its validity and reliability. The resultsrevealed that: There is a moderate degree in the problems encountered the training of Damascus University employees. The problems encountered the training came as follows: (evaluating the plan, designjng theprogramme, identifying the training needs, implementing the plan). In addition, there is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the study sample members on the questionnaire according to gender and experience variable.
