Abstract

The Aim of The Research Is To Reveal The Reality of Organizational Agility At The University of Hama And Its Relationship To Achieving Institutional Excellence From The Point of View of Members of The Teaching Staff at the University of Hama, as Well as to Reveal the Significance of the Differences Between the Scores of the Mean Scores of the Research Sample on the Two Questionnaires, Dimensions of Organizational Agility and Institutional Excellence due to the Variable of the Type of College,The Descriptive Correlative Approach was Used, and the questionnaire as a Tool for Data Collection. The Research Sample Consisted of (85) Members of the Teaching Staff in the Faculties of the University of Hama, Who Were Chosen According to the Stratified Method. The Most Important Findings of the Following Research: The Reality of Applying the Dimensions of Organizational Agility at the University of Hama, From the Point of View of the Members of the Research Sample, Reached an Average Degree. The level of Institutional Excellence at the University of Hama, From the Point of View of the Members of the Research Sample, Reached an Average Degree. There is a Statistically Significant Relationship Between the Application of Organizational Agility Dimensions and the Achievement of Institutional Excellence From the Point of View of the Research Sample Members, and there are no Statistically Significant Differences Between the Average Responses of the Research Sample Members on the two Questionnaires of the Dimensions of Organizational Agility and Institutional Excellence due to the Variable of the type of College.
