The research aimed to identify the role of transformational leadership in improving the quality of family life among a sample of mothers and fathers in the city of Damascus, by identifying the level of transformational leadership and the quality of family life in their families and the relationship between them, in addition to identifying the differences in the average scores of their answers to the research tool according to the two variables (gender and age of marriage). A descriptive research approach was used, by preparing a questionnaire about the role of transformational leadership in improving the quality of family life., was directed to a random sample of (149) individuals from Syrian mothers and fathers. The results showed a moderate level of transformational leadership. In addition, there is also an average level of the quality of family life in it from their points of view, .The results also showed that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and the quality of family life, and that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) according to the variables of gender (males, females) and age of marriage (less than (5) years, from (5-10). From (10-15), more than (15)), and among the most important things suggested by the research was spreading the culture of transformational leadership, conducting educational courses, and holding an educational conference on family leadership styles, in addition to conducting research on the quality of life levels of Syrian families, and the role of leadership styles.
