Abstract

The research aimed to study the impact of strategic leadership on the organizational identity of MTN-Syriatel telecom companies in Syria، the descriptive analytical approach was adopted in conducting this study and the quantitative method was used. It used a questionnaire dedicated to this study in order to measure the research variables. This study was conducted in the MTN-Syriatel telecommunications companies in Syria، in which the number of employees was (154) Having the Following Positions: executive director، deputy executive director، branch manager، department manager، department manager. The study showed that employees of MTN-Syriatel telecom companies have a relatively high organizational identity، and that the availability of strategic leadership dimensions among employees of the surveyed companies was relatively high. this indicates the belief of strategic leaders in their organizational identity and loyalty to their companies. and among the proposals recommended by the study:  Must Activating the dimensions and practices of strategic leadership in the telecommunications companies (MTN) and (Syriatel)  because of their positive and effective impact on achieving the vision، mission and goals of organizations. Second Working to build a strong organizational identity for (MTN) and (Syriatel) companies. enhances all parties' sense of organizational loyalty and the distinctive personality of the organizations، which has a positive role in the success of the organizations، which contributes to strengthening and supporting the Syrian national economy. Finally، the study presented a set of axes that subsequent studies can work on and research.
