The study aimed to analyze the impact of job alienation on the performance of workers at Damascus University and to demonstrate strategies to address this phenomenon.
The analytical descriptive approach was relied upon, the study population included (1196) individuals working at Damascus University, and the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for data collection.
An electronic questionnaire was distributed to a random sample consisting of (480) questionnaires, 10 questionnaires were excluded and 470 questionnaires were retrieved, and they were analyzed statistically using the spss statistical program and a simple and multiple linear regression test was conducted, and the one sample t-test
The study concluded that there is a significant effect of job alienation on the performance of workers at Damascus University.
The study recommended several recommendations, the most prominent of which was the need to address occupational alienation and overcome it by adopting strategies that would combat all its aspects and causes.
