This study aimed to know the effect of Job Characteristics Model and its effect on Job Involvement on Employees in University of Tishreen, and the sample consisted of (166) employees. The study showed that the University of Tishreen adopts Job Characteristics dimensions at a low level in addition to the availability of dimensions of Job Involvement and at a medium levels. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the Task variety, Task Identity, Task Significance on Job Involvement. While there is no effect of the dimensions of Autonomy, Feed Back on Job Involvement.
