The impact of job burnout on the performance of workers in social centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the extent of job burnout among employees of social centers in Saudi Arabia, the performance level of employees in social centers in Saudi Arabia, the relationship nature between job burnout and the performance of employees in social centers in Saudi Arabia, and if there are statistically significant differences between the existence of job burnout among employees in social centers in Saudi Arabia attributable to variables (scientific qualification - years of experience - social status). The study followed the survey descriptive approach, the data were collected with a questionnaire, the study community included employees of social centers in Saudi Arabia. The most notable result, the study found a statistically significant negative correlation at the level of (0.05) between job

burnout as a whole, especially the dimension of emotional stress among employees in social centers in Saudi Arabia, and the performance of employees in social centers in Saudi Arabia.
