Hearing disability affects the different aspects of development of the hearing impaired person in different ways, On the other hand, mothers of hearing impaired children suffer from high psychological pressure compared to mothers of ordinary children. The current descriptive study was conducted on 40 mothers of children with hearing impairment who are present in Syrian Organization of People with Disability (Aamal) in Damascus, where they were selected using the available sample method. Data were collected using a questionnaire developed by the researcher after a comprehensive review of the literature related to the research topic. Results: The total degree of the problems of children with hearing disabilities was medium and came to a moderate degree  respectively,  educational problems ranked first, social problems ranked second, and behavioral problems ranked third, while psychological problems came in the last rank with a low degree. Recommendations: Conducting training courses for mothers on how to deal with hearing impaired children and how to provide the appropriate care for them.
