Abstract

The current research dealt with designing a program that builds quality house matrices in an interactive way with the user, and evaluating the

effectiveness of this program in determining the necessary specifications for the product according to the requirements of customers. A number of determinants to obtain a list of appropriate specifications for the design of the chosen dress. The specified specifications (outputs of the Quality House program) are named as inputs to computerized design and manufacturing programs to obtain the final design specifications approved for computer-designed clothing and to start the production process. The outputs of this program are also inputs for the cost calculation program Product and expected revenue. The study concluded that it is possible to obtain design technical specifications for military clothing according to the customer’s requirements, and the program succeeded in ensuring the marketing of the product and thus reducing the costs of waste and stagnation that may appear during the design and manufacturing processes, raising the level of performance of textile facilities, and enhancing its competitive advantage, as the task of the quality program designed is to improve the quality of Designs of textile products in a manner consistent with the nature of use and fashion, and in a way that meets the desire of customers, and gives multiple perceptions of product design, so that the most suitable ones are chosen by brainstorming techniques and studying the cost of each perception.
