The research aims at exploring the determinants of the dialectic relationship between the sensory aspects and the cognitive ones in the composition of an artistic painting in light of the variables of the modern era. It also discusses civilized communication's simulations of artistic creativity through the perception and aesthetic appreciation. The study has concluded that the artistic creativity is a type of knowledge relating to wholly freeing of imagination. The creative artist is always seeking to transcend time and space limitations, with a methodology of creative genius associated with the ideology of their contemporary reality. The artistic vision is a must for creativity and appreciation. The dialectical relationship between sense and knowledge is a necessity to create a framework of the aesthetic art design, to transform it into a different reality with an innovative art composition that drives appreciators' visual perception toward aesthetic side.
Therefore, the problem is limited to the question about the extent of achieving effective integration between visual perceptions - with values and visual and artistic components- and cognitive perception - with values and intellectual and aesthetic components , and about the quality of the plastic aspects of the aesthetic structure resulting from this integration.
The importance of research is to know the value of plastic art creativity based on imagination and reflection and impact on artistic appreciation, through understanding the relationship between cognitive perception and visual perception, as the need to realize that dialectical relationship between them is worthy of attention, with an attempt to find the nature of the culture of aesthetic appreciation under the crisis of multi-read contemporary art creation.
