This research studies the visual perception of movement through a which test was conducted that includes two types of samples, the first is a group of printed artworks that depict movement. The second type of samples was one hundred and fifty of recipients from different groups of society. The first consisted of students, teachers and researchers who had a direct connection with plastic art. The second is composed of a group of recipients who do not have general idea of plastic art. The intention of this division was to know the Impact of the movement in the artworks, on the recipient who has a cumulative information of artistic knowledge, and then on the recipient who has spontaneous awareness of art. The second section included the idea of converting the still object into a moving object and to the contrary the moving object into a still object. Then came the third section to study the Movement perception of what surrounds the figure. While the fourth section dealt with the subject of perceiving speed and directions of movement. The final section examined the understanding of the repetition of the object (the flow of it).
