The overlap of policies dealing with historic buildings and post-war architecture is something that is expected to happen. The technical aspects are easy to solve, while philosophical is complex, conservation as a concept is unable to respond to the current reality. If we fail today to evaluate what has been accomplished, then in the future we will collide in answering what we want to conserve. It is necessary to give the inhabitant answers that cause them to think in a deep way, not only they want to take advantage of the reality as to correct mistakes, but also want to see things from their culture. The research importance is an attempt to evaluate an experiment that has been performed for the Ghassaniyeh School, the suitability of the outputs to charters. Realizing the fact that analyzing every experience teaches us a new lesson to bridge the gaps between knowledge and practise.
