The Extent of the Quality of Educational Services in Quneitra Education Faculty from the Point of View of its Faculty Members

The Aim: This study aimed to determine the degree of quality of educational services in Quneitra Education Faculty from the Point of View of its Faculty Members in it.Tools: To achieve this goal, the researcher adopted the SERVQUAL model to measure the quality of educational service, and it included (5) criteria: (Tangibility - Reliability - Responsiveness - Assurance - Empathy).The Sample: The research sample consisted of (13) members of the Quneitra Education Faculty from Damascus University. The study concluded that the degree of quality of educational services in Quneitra Education Faculty from the Point of View of its Faculty Membersis (medium).There are also no statistically significant differences in the average degree of verification of the quality of educational services in Quneitra Education Faculty from the Point of View of its Faculty Members in it, according to the study variables (sex - career seniority).Suggestions: In light of the previous results, the study presented some suggestions that can be circulated to ensure the quality of educational services at the Quneitra Education Faculty.
