The degree of availability of non-verbal communication skills among students of the educational qualification diploma (specialization of Arabic language) at the Fourth College of Education at the University of Damascus.

Abstract

Search target to the research is to prepare a list of the non-verbal communication skills needed for Arabic language teachers, And know the degree of availability among students of the Educational Qualification Diploma (Specialization in Arabic) at the Fourth College of Education at the University of Damascus is known according to the dimensions of non-verbal communication skills, To achieve this, the researcher prepared a note card that included non-verbal communication skills, It consisted of (46) skills spread over five dimensions; They are: after body movements, after voice, after eye contact, after posture and movement, after external appearance, It was applied to a sample of students of the Educational Qualification Diploma (specializing in Arabic) in the Fourth Faculty of Education in Quneitra, their number was (22) male and female students. The research reached the following results:

• The degree to which Arabic language teachers use the skills of after the movements of the body and after the outward appearance, it was average.
• The degree to which Arabic language teachers use the skills of after voice, after eye contact, and after standing and moving, she was weak.
