Reflective thinking and its relationship to decision making among a sample of students of the Faculty of Pharmacy at University of Damascus

The aim of the current research is to reveal the relationship between reflective thinking and decision-making among a sample of students of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Damascus, as well as to identify the differences in reflective thinking and decision-making according to the following variables: (gender and school year).
The research sample consisted of (300) male and female students who were randomly selected from the students of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Damascus. The reflective thinking scale prepared by Marwa and Muhammad (2019) was used, and the decision-making scale for university students prepared by Mustafa Attia Ibrahim Mosbeh (2011). Adoption of the descriptive research method, the results indicated a statistically significant correlation between reflective thinking and decision-making, and the presence of differences in reflective thinking and decision-making due to the gender variable in favor of males, and there were also differences in reflective thinking in making the decision, it is attributed to the variable of the academic year and in favor of the fourth year.
