Organizational climate and its relationship to strategic management Workers in the Directorate of Education in Tartous

The current study aims to study the organizational climate and its relationship to strategic management among a sample of workers in the Directorate of Education in Tartous, where the number of sample individuals reached (257) male and female workers.
The researcher built the two measures of organizational climate and strategic management and followed in building them the appropriate scientific methods of honesty and consistency, as well as the use of statistical laws appropriate to the nature of the research, and among the most important results of the research:
- There is a weak relationship between the organizational climate in the Education Directorate in Tartous and their view of the strategic management of workers in their field of work
- . The level of adaptation to the organizational climate varies (increase or decrease) according to the educational level of the study sample.
- The level of adaptation to the prevailing organizational climate varies (increase or decrease) according to the number of years of experience.
- There are no statistically significant differences between the members of the research sample on the scale of strategic management according to the variables (gender - educational qualification - age - experience).
Based on the results, the researcher presented a set of proposals.
