An effective early intervention program in effective motivational therapy for children with Down syndrome

The research aimed to determine the effectiveness of an early intervention program in treating speech disorders among a sample of children with Down syndrome. The research sample consisted of (10) children with Down syndrome, who were randomly distributed into two equal groups (experimental and control), each of which included (5) children, (3) males and (2) females, using a test. Speech and early intervention program. The research reached the following results:
1- There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average ranks of the scores of the members of the experimental and control groups in the direct post-measurement on the pronunciation test in favor of the members of the experimental group.
2- There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average ranks of the experimental group members’ scores in the direct pre- and post-measurements on the pronunciation test in favor of the direct post-measurement.
3- There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental group members in the immediate post-test and the delayed post-test on the pronunciation test in favor of the delayed post-test.
