Requirements for Implementing the Strategy of Scientific Stations in the Second Cycle Schools in Damascus Governorate from Teachers Point of View

The object of the research is to identify the requirements for implementing the strategy of scientific stations in the second cycle schools in Damascus governorate from teachers point of view and the effect of the variables (school location, school manner, academic qualification, training courses) in that, and to achieve the objects of the research, the descriptive analytical method has been used through designing a questionnaire consisted of (23) phrase distributed to three measures (material requirements, managerial requirements, human requirements), the research sample consisted of (343) male/female teachers in the second cycle schools of Damascus governorate, and the research has reached to the following results:
- The result which came to the degree of need for the requirements for implementing the strategy of scientific stations in the second cycle schools in Damascus governorate from teachers point of view was high according to the order (managerial requirements, material requirements, human requirements)
- There were statistical significant differences among the averages of the response scores for the research sample individuals related to the strategy of scientific stations in the second cycle schools in Damascus governorate according to the school manner variable (normal, superiors) in favor to normal schools, and according to the school location variable (the governorate center, districts and suburbs) in favor to the schools located in districts and suburbs, while there were no statistical significant differences according to material and managerial requirements needed for implementing the strategy of scientific stations related to the (training courses, academic qualifications) variables, and there were statistical significant differences according to the human requirements in favor to the teachers who followed one training course only, and in favor to the teachers who have an intermediate institute or a college degree.
