Attitudes of Female Student Teachers Specializing in Kindergarten at the University of Damascus Regarding Training Courses

The aim of the current research is to identify the attitude of female student teachers specializing in Kindergarten regarding training courses at the University of Damascus. To achieve the research objective, the descriptive approach was used and a questionnaire consisting of two sections was prepared. The first section includes personal data. The second section consists of three axis as well as an open question, and the number of items is (28) .
The reasearch tools were applied to a sample of (223) female students during the second semester of the academic year (2022-2023).
The results of the study showed that the attitude of the female student teachers were markedly positive (2.67). The results showed that there were significant differences between the average of the answers provided by the female student teachers on the axis of the importance of training courses according to the variables of the academic year and the training courses.
