Abstract

This research aims at identifying the extent of knowledge of primary and secondary developmental learning difficulties indicators of kindergarten female teachers in Daraa City, in addition to identifying the differences between their averages of knowledge of learning difficulties indicators depending on the years of experience variable and the academic qualification variable. The research sample consisted of 22 kindergarten female teachers in Daraa. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher prepared a questionnaire of “The extent of knowledge of primary and secondary developmental learning difficulties indicators for kindergarten female teachers," which consisted of two main dimensions, namely, primary and secondary developmental learning difficulties.

The researcher reached the following results:

  • The SMA of the degree of knowledge of kindergarten teachers of developmental learning difficulties indicators was (0.51), with relative weight (51%), and with a degree of knowledge (medium).
  • The SMA of the degree of knowledge of kindergarten teachers of primary developmental learning difficulties indicators (0.49) with a relative weight (49%), and with a degree of knowledge (medium),
  • The SMA of the degree of knowledge of kindergarten teachers of secondary developmental learning difficulties indicators was (0.55) with a relative weight (55%), and with a degree of knowledge (medium).

 

 

 

  • There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average degrees of knowledge of developmental learning difficulties indicators among kindergarten female teachers in Daraa City due to the scientific qualification variable in favor of those with scientific qualification (postgraduate)
  • There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average degrees of knowledge of developmental learning difficulties indicators among kindergarten teachers in Daraa City due to the years of experience variable in favor of teachers with experience (more than 10 years).
