This research aims to identify the degree of practicing organizational silence among the research sample members and to identify the differences in organizational silence according to the variables of gender, years of experience, and category. To achieve these goals, the "Reality of Practicing Organizational Silence" questionnaire, prepared by the researcher, was used. The research sample was (152) male and female workers in the Faculty of Education. The research was applied in the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024. The study results showed that the degree of practicing organizational silence among the research sample members was moderate, and there were differences in organizational silence at a significance level of 0.05 according to the gender variable, in favor of females; according to the years of experience variable, in favor of those with less than 5 years of experience; and according to the category variable, in favor of the employee. Therefore, based on the existence of organizational silence at a moderate level, the researcher suggested the necessity for senior management in colleges to make room for employees to express their opinions, submit their suggestions, and participate in decision-making, with the existence of an open dialogue formula; and the existence of open channels within colleges regarding employees’ complaints, and investigating them as quickly as possible, to create confidence in the employee that his management takes his complaint seriously.
