Abstract

The growing phenomenon of terrorism in the world is one of the most dangerous forms of security threats faced by States because they aim at an important aspect of security, stability and the future of their societies, especially the gathering of the terrorist act between the ambitions and objectives of external forces that do not want to use their direct tools, Or the exploitation of its borders or the surrounding political circumstances or at other times differentiate the fabric and fabric of society within that State and may encourage one of its categories to conduct that harms society and threatens its integrity, including the use of violence to achieve political objectives or interests. A part of which may be reflected in the service of external regional or international actors.

Accordingly, terrorism has become a real threat to human existence, civilization and achievements in particular, and terrorist activities have become widely practiced over time, present and future.

Moreover, the danger of terrorism is also increasing in view of the very large number of terrorist organizations that carry out terrorism that involves unlimited violence and is not restricted by law or morals, In view of the complexity of the organization and secrecy of the activity of these terrorist organizations, as well as the development of the use of these organizations of weapons and modern equipments
