This study aims to know how much the managerial improvements are implemented in Cement Tartus Company. It also aims to measure the scale of job involvement and try to know the nature of relationship between managerial improvements and job involvement in the company understudy by using a descriptive analytical approach.
Conclusions: The company applies these improvements to a satisfactory degree. There is also a good level of job involvement applied in the company. In addition, there is extreme relationship among improvements and job involvement. The researcher recommends involving workers in achieving managerial improvements and maintaining job tools. He also calls for raising workers’ awareness about the importance of managerial improvements and constant measuring of their level of job involvement.
