The existence of the constitution has been linked to the existence of political society since ancient times. Each political society is subject to a particular political system, which explains its system of government, and thus regulates the relationship between the ruler and the governed, which is compatible with power and freedom.

The constitution in the modern state is the "Basic Law", which revolves around it political life of state, and responds to its social entity, based on its administrative conditions, and derive its legal principles. Therefore, the Constitution is the basis of the structure of the State and its legal system, which is the origin or source for every legal activity in the State.

It is recognized that each constitution has a specific date in which it enters into force, and then the application of its provisions  is implemented. However, the life of any constitution cannot last forever. The permanence is only for God. Therefore, every constitution must have an end or an inevitable end. .
