The US-China trade war and its Impact on the global economy

Abstract

Economy is the backbone of life for countries of the world, so trade war naturally leads to tension in international relations. It is known that the trade war between the United States of America and China escalates from time to time threatening the stability of the global economy. It affects the growth rate of international trade, industrialization rates, capital flows and foreign direct investment. Consequently, the Sino-American relations are complex, ranging from rapprochement at one time and conflict at another time, due to the differences in interests of each one of them.

The research starts with an introduction, a methodological framework. It discusses the features of the trade war between the United States of America and China and the importance of the US-China economy. The paper also provides the tools and objectives of the American trade war on China and the effects of the trade war on the American and Chinese economy, in particular, and on the global economy in general. The research concludes with the results.
