The impact of organizational identity on organizational trust among workers

This study aimed to determine the impact of organizational identity on organizational trust in its dimensions, represented by trust in supervisors, trust in co-workers, and trust in the management of the organization. Of the 60 employees of the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Damascus, the SPSSv25 program was used to analyze the answers to the questionnaire, and the study concluded that there is a significant effect of organizational identity on organizational trust represented by trust in supervisors, trust in the management of the organization, and trust in co-workers (workers), The study included a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Damascus consider the interests of others when making decisions and take into account their participation in these decisions, and seek to establish and expand contacts between all workers in pursuit of common understanding.
