Abstract

The study aims to identify the impact of human resources management strategies on the application of total quality management, the study relied on a questionnaire distributed on a random sample consisting of 128 professors and administrators, and the descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve the purpose of the study by descriptive statistical methods such as arithmetic mean, and standard deviations, In addition to Cronbach Alpha, Correlation Coefficient, Simple Linear Regression and ANOVA. It reached the following results:

1- The overall mean for the employment strategy was (3.42) with a standard deviation (0.56) which is a high level of importance.

2- That the overall mean for the compensation strategy was (3.00) and a standard deviation (0.69) and that the average of all paragraphs and the general average were within an average importance level.

3- The overall mean for the training and development strategy was (3.18), with a standard deviation (0.57), at an average importance level.

4- There was a high positive correlation (0.848) on the overall index between human resource management strategies and total quality management.

5- Having a statistically significant effect at a level (α≤ 0.05) between the strategies of human resources management (employment, compensation, training and development) and total quality management.
