Abstract

Russian-Chinese relations are one of the most important relations at the level of the international system Given the great importance of both States Both are members of the International Nuclear Club They are also among the five permanent members of the Security Council They have the right "veto" The relationship between China and Russia is one of the major determinants of stability in Eurasia and Asia-Pacific The two countries that are most capable of competing with the United States at the top of the international system Both have special features Russia is the heir to the Soviet Union and has the political, economic and military capabilities and capabilities that qualify it to be an active player in the international system as China, the emerging power of East Asia, is strongly emerging from the top of the international system Which growing political, economic and military force and Its goal is to renaissance, progress and reach a decent place on the international stage
