Abstract

The study focuses on the rapid political, economic, and technological changes in the contemporary stage, which directly affect the international system, and analyzes these new changes, their impact, and the ability of the international system to adapt to them.

The study aims to analyze the changing variables, understand their impact on the global system, and analyze the opportunities and challenges through understanding international relations, to form effective strategies to promote stability under a new international order

The study relies on a comprehensive analytical methodology that draws on a variety of academic sources and appropriate data to understand the details of international phenomena and variables that affect the international system.

The study concluded that the new challenges facing the international system have significantly affected international relations and increased the intensity

of tensions and competition, and recommended shifts in the traditional international balance of power, which calls for restructuring the international system in line with these new changes. The study also recommended that ILO member states should restructure the international system to reflect the new balance, promote international cooperation and dialogue to face global challenges and adopt a new international strategy that promotes stability and sustainable development at the international level.
