This research analyzes the normalization of Turkish-Israeli relations, and then deals with its impact on the regional security structure in the Middle East. It discusses the obstacles to normalization on both sides that prevent normalization from reaching an advanced stage, by testing a number of research hypotheses based on the main hypothesis that the normalization of Turkish-Israeli relations is an expression of an objective need for both parties. From a strategic point of view, in addition to a number of partial hypotheses, most notably: Turkish normalization with “Israel” is a necessary option for Turkey, stemming from the deterioration of Turkish relations. With the United States and Europe, and the fact that “Israel” is a bridge towards good relations with those parties.
The study discussed the obstacles to normalization that partially impede the achievement of full normalization. The research reached research results, most notably: that Israel has a self-esteem of its need for Turkey that is less than its estimate of Turkey's need for it, as Turkey considers its relationship with "Israel" as part of Turkey's western relations with the United States of America and the European Union. And NATO, the key to winning the trust of these parties through a good relationship, or at least the absence of a crisis.
Israel's refusal to recognize the Turkish-Libyan agreement to demarcate the maritime borders, and work to redraw the maritime borders, is one of the biggest obstacles to the full normalization of the relationship between the two sides.

With the United States and Europe, and the fact that “Israel” is a bridge towards good relations with those parties, in addition to the hypothesis that the return of Turkish “Israeli” relations is a strategic opportunity for “Israel” to reach the strategic strategy. Iran's borders, a wide geopolitical area to target Syria, and the last hypothesis is strategic competition over the region, which is the biggest obstacle to the full normalization of Turkish-Israeli relations. This research presents an integrated vision of the determinants of the Israeli-Turkish relationship. Turkish, and the current reasons that pushed the two sides towards the full re-normalization of relations.
