Abstract

Privatization is a legal act that involves many dimensions and political connotations. It is an ideologically charged phenomenon as it emerged from the womb of a political and intellectual movement that believes in political and economic freedom      (neoliberalism), and in the natural superiority of the private sector over the public sector. Privatization has been considered one of the most prominent public policy tools, and The most important means of political and economic transformation and transition in the twentieth century, through its impact on the overall political,   economic, social and legal structures. The research discusses the political dimensions of privatization by studying its political manifestations, and the process of preparing the appropriate political environment for its implementation, and provides many practical recommendations to ensure that it achieves all the goals Established by governments, and not exposed to its political risks.
