Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the difficulties of classroom teachers' use of the electronic educational platform in the educational process in the governorate of Damascus, revealing the differences according to the variables: (number of years of experience, educational qualification, training courses). The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire was applied to the difficulties of classroom teachers' use of the electronic educational platform, which included (52) items. The research sample consisted of (173) male and female teachers. Among the most important findings of the research: The level of difficulties classroom teachers use of the electronic educational platform in the educational process in the governorate of Damascus was high, with an arithmetic mean of (3.97). And there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the research sample members on identifying the difficulties of classroom teachers’ use of the electronic educational platform in the educational process according to the variable number of years of experience in favor of teachers who have the number of years of experience (11 years and more), and according to the variable of training courses in favor of teachers who did not undergo the courses training, and there were no statistically significant differences according to the educational qualification variable.
