Suspect in reforming Worships

Abstract

The symptoms that afflict the human nature, such as forget fullness and the like, may cause an imbalance in ions. Because God Almighty has commanded us to perform the act of based on the worshisp in complete and undiminished terms Almighty,s saying: : Allah says: ۝ And perform  properly  – all the ceremonies to the ways of prophet Muhammed- the Hajj and umrah –the pilgrimage to Makkah- for Allah ۝ Ayah 196 Al-Baqarah.

As if someone forgot to throw the stones during hajj, then he will rectify it by slaughtering blood after his has violated the time has passed.

In this research, I will explain the concept of remedy, its legitimacy and its pillars, and then show the relevance of the assumption in correcting the ritual acts of worship through issue, following the inductive and analytical comparative approach Among the most prominent research were:

1-Remediation is ameans to achieve perfection in acts of worship, 2- Correction of the defect in the prevailing conjecture is a reason for the discharge of responsibility and the fulfillment of the purpose of Sharia, 3- Most conjecture has an effect on adapting the jurisprudential ruling according to the condition of the person responsible.
