Abstract

The rapid development of communication systems and the resulting rapid spread of the use of information technology and various electronic media, and the change in the ways of human life, have directly led to a change in the methods and means of performing public services, and produced a new type of judiciary known as the digital judiciary that Through which administrative justice is achieved. This research identifies a theoretical framework for understanding administrative justice and analyzes the various effects of new technology on its achievement. It also discusses that despite the increasing role of technology, it should not make us overlook a basic fact that the government’s personality is a social and human endeavor, and that ensuring administrative justice in the digital case is an important matter that requires We should study closely the experimental consequences of technology, revisit and possibly even abandon existing frameworks for understanding how administrative justice works.

In the context of administrative justice, there is also a special context for the courts that must be considered. Courts in countries in general have changed dramatically throughout history. For a long time, the courts provided a quick and accessible alternative as a place and a place to appeal administrative decisions, and also provided a more effective way to appeal these decisions, as it provided the possibility of a complete review of the legitimacy of the administrative decision, especially since the cases brought before the administrative courts may not equal the volume of work in the ordinary courts.
