Legal adaptation of the impact of the Corona pandemic on the implementation of administrative contracts

Abstract

This study addresses a vital subject of administrative law at present, it is the subject of the legal adaptation of the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the implementation of administrative contracts, the pandemic has imposed unprecedented effects on different walks of life, in particular, with regard to administrative contracts concluded by public utilities to ensure their continuity, this has sparked legal controversy with a view to achieving adequate legal adjustment of the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the implementation of administrative contracts.

The study began by addressing the legal adaptation of the coronavirus pandemic as a force majeure; it then dealt with their adaptation as an emergency circumstance or an act of authority, they included jurisprudence and jurisprudence relating to different trends in order to arrive at their proper adaptation and to arrange legal effects consistent with that legal adaptation.
